Story of Grace Blu

Grace Blu is a full-service interior design firm based in Southern California, founded by Rona Graf. Rona’s story doesn’t start in a showroom—it begins in a classroom, surrounded by construction paper, lesson plans, and a steadfast belief that creativity should never be boxed in. But after being told one too many times to “stay inside the box,” she realized something: maybe the system wasn’t built for people like her—maybe she was meant to build something entirely her own.

Leaving her teaching career behind, Rona earned her interior design degree and launched Grace Blu—part design studio, part creativity incubator. From the beginning, she wasn’t just creating beautiful spaces; she was shaping the next generation of designers, teaching them to trust their creative instincts while mastering the discipline of project management.

Grace Blu is more than a firm—it’s a living, breathing creative legacy. And it all began with someone who refused to believe that life—or creativity—was meant to be confined to a box.
