Where Paris Meets the Sea

Travel |

Picture this: The bustling streets of Paris, the aroma of freshly baked croissants lingering in the air, and the Grace Blu team embarking on an unforgettable adventure. Yeah, it happened…we went to Paris!

It all began with a collective decision to jet off to Paris as a team, thanks to our fearless leader, Rona. After months of hard work, countless late nights, and an unbreakable bond forged over tedious project deadlines, we were rewarded with a dreamy trip to Paris. Armed with over 12 suitcases and brimming with anticipation, we settled into a chic Parisian flat, ready to immerse ourselves in all things design.

First Stop

Our first stop was the iconic Metaphores fabric showroom. Ideas flowed freely as we eagerly brainstormed for our current projects, fueled by the energy of this vibrant city and new industry friends. The real magic happened that evening at Chez Fernand, a charming French restaurant nestled in a cobblestone alley. Laughter echoed through the air, glasses clinked in celebration, and there was even an unexpected serenade of Denise’s favorite childhood song. When a fellow diner serenaded us, we couldn’t help but join in, twirling and laughing with the locals until the early hours of the morning. Apparently, sleep wasn’t going to be an option moving forward.

Day 2

Day two brought an exclusive invitation to Pierre Frey‘s 2024 collection launch, held in a sumptuous deep red room, igniting our senses and fueling our jet lag. Each fabric and texture, whispered stories of the Frey family traditions and sophistication, leaving us in awe of the artistry before us.

Next Up

Next up was Nobilis, where we fell head over heels for their branding. From the impeccably sassy presentation style to the unparalleled quality, we found ourselves completely enchanted by their designs.

Parisian Adventure

Our Parisian adventure wasn’t all about work, however. We also took time to soak up the cultural richness of this vibrant city, wandering through the storied aisles of the Shakespeare Bookstore and dancing the night away at the ‘American Party in Paris’ gala. This lively event was held at the Hotel De Ville. Picture every Disney Princess’s architect teaming up to create a fairytale atmosphere… That’s basically what this party was.

More than a Journey

Our team trip to Paris was more than just a journey; it was a revelation. Drinking in the city’s vibrant streets and absorbing its rich colors, we found ourselves bursting with inspiration. This adventure sparked the creation of our own art series, a reflection of Grace Blu’s unique brand and playful perspective on home design.

Stay tuned to discover how our Parisian inspiration translates into stunning, one-of-a-kind pieces that will transform your home. Ready to infuse your space with luxury and color? Learn more about the Grace Blu Art Collection and let us bring a touch of magic to your home.
